Smart Living
The estate’s outdoor spaces - including the tennis courts, formal gardens and swimming pool - were elegantly illuminated using intelligent control solutions designed to balance atmosphere, security and sensitivity to the surrounding natural environment.
A key priority for the clients was the creation of a warm, inviting ambience throughout the home. This was achieved through the integration of advanced dim-to-warm LED technology with a variety of optics across many areas, delivering bright, functional light levels during the day before transitioning seamlessly into softer, more intimate tones in the evening, perfectly complementing the interior design scheme.
Our scope also included gate entry, CCTV, a robust WiFi solution and a dedicated cinema room, with a fully integrated Lutron HomeWorks system installed throughout both the main residence and pool house.
