Ashley Pearson

Technical Director

Ashley takes a lead in our luxury residential projects as well as luxury lifestyle brands such as Virgin Limited Edition and Soho House.

When Ashley isn’t passionately helping clients design their prospective smart home, he enjoys hiking through hills and mountain across the UK. If you prefer life in the fast lane, be sure to ask him about his love of classic cars and motorcycles, you may want to get the kettle on!

Ed Goldney

Design Director

Ed works across a mix of residential and commercial lighting projects. In 2026, he celebrates 20 years specialising in lighting design.

Beyond the studio, Ed and his wife enjoy travelling, particularly to the Far East and Italy. Weekends are rarely quiet, spent socialising or heading out for long countryside walks with the family Cockapoo. In addition to enjoying snooker and racket sports, his latest passion, a local board games club, is best discussed in person… preferably with an hour to spare!

Keith Bannister

Commercial Director

Keith has a wealth of expertise in commercial projects across Southern England. Keith is also celebrating 20 years in the lighting industry in 2026.

Keith in his spare time enjoys socialising with friends and family, going to gigs and various sporting events along with travelling, whether city breaks in Europe or something further afield.
